Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults and active duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average over 1500 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Cumberland Hall Hospital.

Experience: Minimum two years experience in a high volume, food production setting, preferably in a hospital or institution setting.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of kitchen equipment, ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Ability to estimate food requirements. Ability to disassemble, assemble, operate and clean equipment

Job responsibilities to include:
- Complying with all applicable sanitation, health and person hygiene standards and following established food production procedures
- Train and supervise food service staff
- Maintain budget and expenses within department
- Maintain and inspect kitchen facilities
Qualifications:
Education: High school education or equivalent. ServSafe Certification required.

Responsible to support the Mission, Values and Vision of Cumberland Hall by preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served complying with all established standards. Responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.
