Marketing/SEO Professional

Award-winning Ipswich architecture and interior design firm seeking a SEO/Marketing Professional to help build our brand and grow our firm!

The successful candidate will:

· Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and WordPress
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in editing and proofreading
· Have experience with maintaining an online “following,” whether through a previous company’s social media pages or personal ones such as a blog, Instagram, and/or Facebook
· Have the experience to be able to provide strategic direction for and analyze digital marketing programs, paid search, and SEO initiatives
· Have the skill set to successfully set goals; define key performance metrics; and track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and email marketing efficacy
· Be able to develop content and company voice for multiple channels including social media, quarterly e-newsletters, and blog
· Have the requisite interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and advertising firms in order to help grow the firm

Applicant must be highly organized, responsible, friendly, communicative, and punctual. A love of architecture and interior design doesn’t hurt! While a degree is not required, 5-7 yrs experience with a focus on marketing and communications is essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Ensure our presence and targeting in the market to obtain proper leads through SEO
· Ensure the website is maintained and working correctly (i.e adding new projects as warranted, etc.)
· firm branding : Maintain all marketing and firm templates/documents including all documents and presentations, etc. for potential/new clients
· Maintain and update existing marketing plan and work with department heads to set goals
· Growing the name/presence of the firm, through various outlets. (Long term - Philanthropic outlets/organizations for the firm to participate.)
· Manage publication relationships and determine appropriate advertising
· Determine the appropriate awards to enter in each year and supporting projects
· On site marketing – site signs
· Coordinate and execute completed project photoshoots
· Maintain current and previous client relationships – i.e. Holiday cards, project completion gift baskets, life event gifts/markers.

The current position is approximately 25 - 30 hours. There is the potential for full-time, should growth in the position be warranted.

This is not a remote-work position. Candidates must have a vehicle to be able to work in our Ipswich, MA office, and attend various networking events around Greater Boston.
