Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for customer, vendors, project team, and office support
- Owns contract, budget, procurement matrix, schedule, project planning and execution
- Responsible for coordinating the quality assurance / quality control for the project with Quality Manager
- Ensures work is consistent with plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and integration scope
- Resolve inter-group conflicts, project conflicts and delays as required to meet project goals and milestones
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure that requested material are expedited and received as needed for the integration of a project
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Project management experience in commercial construction
- Basic understanding of building construction schedules

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
