We are looking for a talented CLT Lead Level 4 to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Leads and coordinates others acting as a formal resource for team members with less capability.
- Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements and remains flexible performing other miscellaneous duties as required to meet production goals.
- Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke and visual standards.
- Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
- Deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes
- Maintain clean and orderly work area includes routine housekeeping, machine cleaning, and performs planned operator care tasks
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing
- 3-5 years in a leadership role and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
- Minor conflict resolution
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
