We are looking for a talented Machine Operator, specializing in machine-specific functions, to join our Operations Team in Mineral Point, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
- Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
- Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates manufacturing knowledge by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute to continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
