Location: On-Site - Los Angeles, CA

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00

Commission Structure:

$7,500.00/month threshold at 20% - billed and paid monthly
For billings over $112K/quarter - 5%
For billings over $135k/quarter - 10%

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Life Science staffing, running a full 360 desk
• Must have solid billing track record

They are well funded, have a large pool of resources, and are on track to be the fastest growing life science staffing agency. They prioritize maintaining a healthy working environment, giving each team member the tools and flexibility to succeed. About the Role

The ideal candidate for this role would be a senior or principal level recruiter with experience running a full 360 desk. This position will require a lot of collaboration between the team, management, candidates, and clients. As the firm continues to build out teams, there will be opportunities to be put on a management track in preparation for a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for various Life Science needs
• Manage clients relationships and communicate effectively and timely regarding the progress of active searches
• Use provided resources to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates and new clients
• Set and strive towards attaining monthly/quarterly/annual goals set forth by you and upper management

Candidate Requirements

• Must have solid billing track record
