Clinical Licensure to Practice Independently in One or More of the Following States: TX, CA, AZ, IL, PA, IN, FL, CO, MO, GA, and at Least One Additional State
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Short-Term Counseling to Program Participants Through Virtual (Video) Counseling Sessions and Text Therapy
- Develop an Individualized Care Plan to Address the Unique Clinical and Sub-Clinical Needs for Each Participant
- Provide Mental Health Advocacy and Navigation to Participants in Need of Higher Levels of Care
- Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with State, HIPAA, Ethical and Departmental Guidelines
- Assist with Referrals to Other Employer-Sponsored Health Management Resources, When Appropriate
- Participate in Active Case Management Including Treatment Plan Reviews
- Perform Timely Follow-Up with Participants to Ensure Connection to Care, Program Satisfaction and Determine the Outcome and Impact of EAP Services
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. - Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Clinical Licensure to Practice Independently in One or More of the Following States: TX, CA, AZ, IL, PA, IN, FL, CO, MO, GA, and at Least One Additional State
- Minimum of Two Years of Direct Counseling Experience Using Evidence-Based Treatment Approaches
- Experience Providing Video Counseling
- Familiarity and Comfort with Technology to Train and Work Remotely (e.g. - Microsoft Office
- Prior EAP Experience a Plus
