What are the responsibilities and job description for the EDI Analyst position at Curative HR LLC?
Curative is seeking an EDI analyst to optimize our Health Care data exchange operations. This person will use their knowledge of EDI and health care operations to ensure our members get onboarded faster, receive access to care in a timely fashion, and providers are paid quickly.

Responsibilities

Work with our customers and trading partners to set up automated Health Insurance enrollment processes, both through 834 and proprietary formats

Coordinate with trading partners to setup 835 exchanges

Troubleshoot EDI-related issues

Provide support and guidance to customers, internal users, and trading partners on EDI-related issues

Quality assurance and testing of EDI and other data exchange workflows

Work with SQL and other data tools to help the Claims Engineering team automate manual processes.
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requires Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Health Care EDI transactions

Experience setting up 834 integrations end to end

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proficiency in SQL and data tools

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Claims Processing, Authorizations, and Eligibility
Preferred but not required

Understanding of SFTP and other transmission protocols

Experience using Automate or other data automation tools

Familiarity with Health Rules Payer, Guiding Care, and/or Axiom

proficiency with a programming language like Java, Python, or C#
