- Competitive salary based upon experience and comprehensive benefits
- 2 days tele-medicine seeing 10-12 patients a day
- 2 days home health seeing 4-6 patients a day
- You will manage a team consisting of an NP, RN, Social worker and enrollment specialist
- Autonomy to schedule your appointments and implement treatment program for patients
- Texas license require
- Position is not J1 or H1B visa eligible
