Job Posting for Bookkeeper/Office Manager at Curb Technologies
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate deductions and withholdings.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both electronically and in hard copy.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including generating financial reports.
Prepare and file tax documents as required.
Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel. Quickbooks experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
