The Role:
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing Engineering team and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. Be part of a mission-driven organization where you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to design and develop software that will play a critical role in helping our virtual team of pharmacists improve patient outcomes. 

You’ll be part of a team working to solve problems like:

  • Increasing the number of patients who receive the opportunity to do a medication reconciliation, which can help keep them out of the hospital.
  • Streamlining and automating processes so that our pharmacists can serve as many patients as possible.
  • Building out user experiences that allow our pharmacists to make the most of data and insights that will help them be as effective as possible in serving patients.

This is a remote, work from home position, but candidates must be located within the U.S. Candidate must be able to travel to our New York City office, or TBD company-wide offsite locations, up to 4x per year.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop software solutions by speaking with our users, reviewing product feedback, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Investigate software problem areas and roll out solutions and updates, both in Salesforce and Cureatr’s own software.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to help determine operational feasibility/scalability by performing data analysis, identifying and defining problems, and developing targeted solutions.
  • Document and present software solutions by creating documentation such as flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Help improve internal operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Support and help develop software engineering teams by assisting with coaching and professional development.
  • Remain up to date on job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques, and participating in professional development opportunities.


Your Skills:

  • 3 years of experience with server-side development
  • 3 years of experience with client-side development
  • Experience using git to track changes
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience working with product to align on the most efficient ways to build out functionality
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with teammates and communicating with users
  • Python experience preferred, but not required
  • MongoDB experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 plus full benefits
