What are the responsibilities and job description for the Design Director position at Curology?

Curology is looking for a Design Director for the Brand Studio with experience managing a multi-disciplinary design team working across mediums—from digital and video to print and packaging. (In-house experience is a plus but not required).
Qualified candidates are exceptional communicators who are equally confident in their own design abilities as they are delegating and mentoring others. The Design Director will need to run multiple, complex projects end-to-end; ensure consistency in design across channels; and expand our design system as our needs grow.
Reporting into the Creative Director, you’ll be the visionary and driving force behind our visual language.
