Position Overview: As the Finance Director, you will lead Curtis Homes LLC in all areas of finance, embodying our commitment to stewardship, integrity, and excellence. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization, enabling us to continue our mission of serving the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing billing the Regional Center for client services, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our services.
- Overseeing payroll processes, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable to maintain smooth operational flow.
- Conducting internal bookkeeping and collaborating with our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for external financial matters.
- Monitoring spending across the company to align with budgetary guidelines and financial goals.
- Providing strategic financial oversight and planning in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Supporting the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in the field of developmental disability services, with a deep understanding of the industry's financial mechanisms.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in managing data across multiple platforms.
- Strong expertise in financial and data analysis software, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and collaborating effectively across departments.
- A forward-looking vision with the goal of developing into the Chief Financial Officer role.
