As a Financial Compliance Analyst, you will perform internal control audits or reviews for service lines to ensure adherence with established policies & procedures, business practices, and company guidelines. This position will support the Compliance program which is COSO based, in the most efficient and effective manner possible by working within the established calendar of activities, performing assigned testing, and documenting test results appropriately and participating in discussions with Management regarding testing results. The role will focus on the monitoring program for SOC1 activities and internal controls reviews requested by Asset Services and Global Occupier Services Management.Job Description
Essential Job Duties:
•Perform daily, weekly, and monthly testing related to business process controls, information technology controls, and other controls and processes as necessary to evaluate compliance with SOC1 controls.
•Manage simultaneous audits as assigned and complete required audits within the scheduled time frame
•Maintain documentation of audit and review activities
•Identify potential exceptions and report, escalate, and remediate as required
•Provide regular updates to compliance management regarding results of audits
•Use established Compliance policies & procedures to work under limited supervision and to provide assistance to department processes
•Perform special projects and assignments as required
