Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Acts as corporate operational conduit for policies and procedures with budget oversight and managerial responsibilities for all Fleet Management systems, and Engineer license tracking.
VZ Connect Systems Administrator & Management of Premier Administration
o Project Management & implementation of technology
o Training of Engineers & Portfolio Coordinators
o Development and Distribution of Reports
o Maintain Intelligent Routing Criteria set by IFM Director, National Field & Energy Services Manager and Regional Service Field Managers
o Assist Senior Leadership and Facilities Management team in maximizing the technology to manage the Mobile Engineering Team
o Analyze performance, develop baseline and report YOY comparisons
Oversight of Element Fleet Management
o Analyze maintenance reporting as measured by budget to actual
o Negotiate and determine fleet requirements
o Facilitate periodic meetings with IFM Director, National Field & Energy Services, and Regional Service Managers to determine Fleet needs, satisfaction with vehicles and maintain budget requirements
o Develop a cyclical replacement program with budget impacts through repair and maintenance analysis of fleet.
o Scheduled analysis of Element data to ensure data meets business requirements
o Collaborate with Engineering Coordinator to ensure
Fleet data in Xcelerate platform is current and coincides with VZ Connect Platform
Insurance and vehicle registrations comply with state requirements
Ensure processes are in place to maintain driver accountability
o Coordinate and facilitate meetings in preparation for union negotiations
o Develop a repository of executed agreements, union abstracts, correspondence and records of all incidents associated with the unions
Compliance oversight for engineering licensing for local, state & federal requirements
o Review and define licensing requirements with National Field & Energy Services Manager
o Develop system of record to maintain, track and report compliance for client reporting
Skills & Specifications
Analytical and Critical thinking skills
Understanding of Unions & Collective Bargaining Agreements
Knowledge of Fleet Management
Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills with all levels and positions
Ability to provide solid customer service while exercising diplomacy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently. Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals in close cooperation and influence positive outcomes
Advanced proficiency with common office applications and industry software such as Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint), SmartSheets, Adobe Acrobat and Fleet Management Software. VZ Connect experience is preferred
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task -productively and efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced ever changing environment
