Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our small team. The ideal candidate will provide office support, handle AP/AR tasks, and assist with incoming customer inquiries.
Duties:
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Create invoices
- Invoice customers
- Support staff in daily office operations
- Support the sales staff
- Utilize Sage50 for basic financial tasks
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office/clerical role or inside sales
- Proficiency in computerized systems (Office, Adobe, Sage, Google Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently
- Background in office management is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
