Marine Technician

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on marine vessels, including boats.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.

- Install, assemble, and disassemble components and systems.

- Rigging of boats for storage.

- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.

Skills:

- Proficient in marine mechanics and repair techniques.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in marine vessels.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

- Experience with heavy lifting equipment and techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find solutions.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
