This position will be responsible for efficiently and safely troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical in the plant and surrounding areas.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support daily plant operations through effective troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing production equipment including but not limited to industrial blenders, industrial mixers, packaging equipment, pneumatics, conveyor systems and general facility equipment adhering to all policies, procedures and instructions
- Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance equipment. Conducts equipment audits, maintains equipment inventory, maintains records of operations and reports deficiencies to Maintenance Manager
- Responsible for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs
- Responsible for capital expense/new installation projects
- Actively comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures with direct reports and contractors. Take appropriate action to eliminate all unsafe acts or conditions
- Maximize equipment reliability by effectively performing assigned work orders and PMs. Ensure complete and effective repairs. Proactively initiate work orders based on PM observations or measurements
- Will be a team player proactively supporting team building initiatives, sharing best practices and innovative ideas for improvement and communicating with others in a courteous and professional manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong PLC, electrical controls including design & installation of conduit, wire, networking and control devices
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to repair and maintain fast-paced production lines
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
