Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Enter information into QuickBooks and our CRM system.
• Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar.
• Order materials and supplies.
• Assist management with special projects, such as payroll processing.
