We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing staff, and ensuring that all products are manufactured in a timely and efficient manner. The Production Lead will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. looking to fill as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff.
- Ensure production meets quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of production processes and results.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions.
- Train and coach production staff in proper procedures and techniques.
