- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Manage incoming and outgoing freight
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/office area
-Stock & receive parts, maintain showroom displays
- Parts sales and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications
- Attention to DETAIL and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
