Our rapidly growing team here at Customer Contact Services (CCS) is looking to hire highly motivated Customer Service Representatives.

CCS is a call center/answering service that has been providing solutions to businesses and employment opportunities to individuals for over 45 years. The CSR position is dedicated to primarily answering inbound calls for different clients. The work environment is fast paced, customer focused, and team oriented.

We are seeking sharp and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues, in addition to various other client requests.

Job duties include answering incoming calls for a large variety of companies, including medical offices, law offices, and much more! As the voices for those companies, we maintain a polite, professional demeanor while taking care of the needs of the caller. We are currently looking to expand our team with friendly, highly motivated, and reliable answering service agents to handle inbound calls for our clients and our client’s callers. This is NOT a telemarketing position.

Two-week mandatory Remote Training is Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm CST

CCS provides work at home equipment for in-home set up prior to training.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Identify callers needs for call resolution
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Accurately process online reservations
  • Document call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Maintain Quality Assurance Standards
  • Other duties as assigned
