We are hiring exceptional and experienced remote Travel Sales Reservations Specialists -bi-lingual a plus (english/spanish) for our fast-paced inbound travel reservation sales call center. Our call center is staffed with US based (Home-Based) employees. We are able to correspond with customers during their own time zone in English and Spanish.
What you’ll do:
Put your passion for travel into action as an inbound reservation sales agent with Customer Service Network Group! After your paid training period, you will take inbound calls from travel incentive certificate customers who are excited and ready to plan their dream vacations. Their dream vacation experience starts with you.
Vacations offered include Hotel Nights to destinations throughout the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean. Resort Condominium accommodations at resort destinations within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Cruise vacations from various U.S. ports of departures. Airfare combinations are also provided on some incentive products. You will become a subject matter expert on our incentive products, travel resources and booking facilities. Using the customers’ interests, which you will learn through your conversation, you will make recommendations on things to see and experience during their vacation.
Responsibilities:
Be able to follow the reservation sales script on every call.
Assist our guests within a timely manner on their vacation needs via inbound calls.
Provide recommendations on suitable options while confirming reservations, including upgrades.
Book reservations through various booking engines.
Close the sale and process payment.
Perform other call center duties as needed.
What we offer:
Starting hourly rate of $17.00/ hour Commission.
All positions are work at home.
Full Time only positions available.

Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2-Year Inbound Call Center Sales experience required.
Minimum 2-Year Travel Booking Experience in Resort/Condo, Cruise and Air required.
Ability to establish immediate rapport with customer and ask Discovery questions to better understand their travel needs.
Must be able to navigate various computer programs simultaneously while speaking with customer.
Previous Virtual Work Environment Experience.
Must have a quiet environment to work from with sufficient internet access and speed.
