The Human Capital Manager will work within the CVP Strategy & Transformation practice and play a task leadership role in delivery with federal clients. The Manager will enable federal human capital clients to develop new operational models, support workforce recommendations, and develop implementation plans for newly formed programs. The Manager will provide direction to the development of integrated program plans, standard operating procedures, policies, and execute on delivery of programs that span capability areas. The Manager will provide delivery leadership to other project team members, client relationship management and human capital management expertise. The Manager will work with subcontractor firms to ensure that capabilities of partners are effectively integrated into project delivery, and that all partners and subcontractors deliver quality work products to meet contract objectives.
The Manager will maintain and manage the client interface at the program level of the client organization and serve a leader within the Service Line for ensuring exceptional contract performance. The Manager will document past performance from delivery, and build the human capital capability, seizing opportunities to present on the capability and deliver the service in adjacent client organizations and new markets. The Manager will have the opportunity to form a career team within the Strategy & Transformation practice to cultivate individuals in this delivery capability as project delivery work expands. The Manager will be responsible for employee development and performance reviews of all direct reports.
