Gated Community Booth Attendant - Rolling Hills

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and property within the gated community.

This role involves monitoring the premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and enforcing security protocols to maintain a safe living environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Patrol Duties :

• Conduct regular patrols of the community, including residential areas, common areas, and perimeter.
• Ensure that all areas are secure and free from potential hazards.

Surveillance :

• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras.
• Report any unusual activity or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.

Access Control :

• Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring only authorized residents, guests, and service personnel enter.
• Verify identification and manage visitor logs.
• Issue and manage visitor passes as required.

Incident Response :

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, such as medical emergencies, fires, or disturbances.
• Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports for any occurrences during the shift.

Resident Services :

• Assist residents with inquiries and provide information about community rules and services.
• Deliver a visible and reassuring presence to enhance residents' sense of safety and community.

Policy Enforcement :

• Enforce community policies, rules, and regulations.
• Address and resolve conflicts or disturbances in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the homeowners' association (HOA) and property management to ensure compliance with community standards.

Safety and Maintenance :

• Conduct inspections of security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Report maintenance issues such as broken gates, lighting problems, or other safety hazards.
