What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Cutter Law PC?

The Sacramento office of Cutter Law PC has an immediate opening for a Mass Torts Case Manager in our busy civil litigation firm. Our firm has a close-knit, friendly, and collegial office environment. We strive to work hard on behalf of our clients and foster fulfilling career opportunities for our firm members.

Job responsibilities include calling clients to obtain information and answer questions, de-escalating client frustrations regarding length of time the case takes, ordering and reviewing medical records, writing and sending client correspondence, working with clients to complete documents, diligently following up on missing documents, records, etc. Requires problem solving abilities and the following attributes: excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, ability to multi-task and prioritize, work well both independently and as a team member, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and high-pressured environment. Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent grammar, proofreading, and English composition skills are also essential. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience -- law firm or other professional services experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
