We are hiring a full-time computer technician. Schedule will be Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Must be proficient in both software and hardware. Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus.

Job responsibilities include:

• Checking customers’ computers in and out of our ticket system.
• Assisting walk-in customers and counter sales.
• Perform service and repairs on multiple computers daily.
• Answering phones and relaying repair status over phone.
• Store upkeep (Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.

A successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• 1-year hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Desire to work in a small, casual business setting and avoid the corporate grind.
• A willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Available to work Monday through Friday.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
