Job Description:
Cutting Tool Services is a small family-owned Tool Management Company, we are looking to add valued employees to our CTS Family. This company is built on handwork, precision, and a good amount of fun.
We are currently hiring 2-3 Tool Grinders one of whom will be promoted and set on a training path with continued increases in hours, salary and benefits over the next 5 years as they grow with us.
Other opportunities for promotion will also be available.

Qualifications:
  • Our ideal candidate will be professional, have great math skills, and ideally have previous experience in making by hand or by automated machine, CNC tools, saw blades, router bits etc.
  • It would also be beneficial if candidates have  CAD Drawing skills, G-code, or any type of CNC Programming.
  • Bonus Pay if Fluent in Spanish.

This is a unique position as we are looking to build a 5-year contract with perks, pay increases and benefits with our employees to help retain staff, keep up moral, and ensure that you know we value you and are providing perks and benefits that are valued to you.

Currently, we are looking for candidates to work 20-40 hours a week. We offer flexible schedules within the hours of Monday through Friday 6 am to 4 pm. Benefits include 1 Weeks Vacation after first year.
