CV Resources has partnered with a stable and successful company based in Riverside for a Payroll Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Union and non-union payrolls, certified payrolls
- Utilize HRIS systems to input and maintain employee data
- Perform account reconciliations related to payroll
- Assist with accounting tasks such as double entry bookkeeping
- Analyze payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Sage
- Knowledge of 10 key typing for efficient data entry
- Familiarity with certified payrolls
- Experience with account reconciliation processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Bilingual English/Spanish greatly preferred
