Hospital and office based practices alike rely on us as a trusted medical billing partner. Operations Support is a vital role in revenue cycle management.
Those who excel in our fast paced Medical Billing office have the mindset of a team player, attention to detail, and a goal oriented attitude and will find this an excellent place to work. Experience with medical terminology and credentialing is a plus, while interest in long-term employment is a must. Healthcare administration or data entry experience preferred, but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate who will fit with our office culture!
Responsibilities of Operations Support will include but not be limited to the following:
- Complete steps for inbound and outbound claims processing
- Confirm receipt of claims by clearinghouse and payers, and monitor claims for submission errors
- Oversee intake processes and confirm data is clean and available to users
- Complete and submit provider credentialing applications, and follow-up to confirm acceptance into networks
- Report credentialing projects’ progress to the Billing Manager
- Assist IT Department in supporting end user workstation set up, deployment and maintenance
