Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role. We have a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team.
A Benefit Verification Representative will provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. As part of this role you will verify insurance coverage for both new and existing patients in order to process patient prescription orders in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a performance-driven individual.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance as well as a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs. In addition to sixteen paid days off for employees, we also offer ten paid holidays.
Our hours of operation are anytime between 7:30am – 7:30pm Monday through Friday so you must be flexible to work different shifts, 40 hours a week with potential overtime on the weekends or holidays. In office training from 8am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications- 6+ months of experience with one of the following: medical insurance, benefits verification, medical billing or a related healthcare field
Preferred Qualifications- Pharmacy experience
- Previous experience working with Prior Authorizations
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third party vendors
EducationVerifiable High School diploma or GED is required
