This Loyalty Design and Program Management Advisor will be pivotal in bringing the voice of the customer to life. This role is critical in helping us to understand more about what our ExtraCare members love about our program, and where we need to improve. This role will ultimately inform and influence strategy for our acclaimed ExtraCare Loyalty program. If you are passionate about customers, customer reporting, and helping to develop strategic action plans, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities include:
-Tracking, monitoring, synthesizing and reporting on customer feedback regarding CVS’s ExtraCare Rewards program from a variety of data sources across the organization, including call-center, social media, customer surveys
-Create and execute data-driven business plans to enhance best in class experiences for our customers based on customer sentiment insights
-Monitor industry trends and reports relevant to loyalty, and create shareable reports that can be circulated to senior management
-Support work focused on overall experience with ExtraCare including cross functional work with store operations, Marketing, Digital and Loyalty and Personalization.

This position is based in Woonsocket, RI.

Required Qualifications
*Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in customer insights, marketing, loyalty programs, market research; or a Master's degree or equivalent in a marketing and / or market research discipline 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience working in consumer / customer insights and market research, and a comfort with synthesizing data into actionable recommendations.
*Experience delivering customer sentiment findings in fluid, often ambiguous operating environments
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
*Demonstrated familiarity with analytical approaches, ability to use data-driven insights to improve business outcomes
*Demonstrated capability to deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-project team-oriented environment
*A passion for the customer/patient, and understanding and meeting the needs of the customer/patient, and improving customer/patient outcomes

Education
*Bachelor’s degree Required.
