What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Implementation Associate position at CVS Health?
Develop detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners to increase and retain Aetna membership. Support the implementation of significant product initiatives, develop and maintain Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications at Aetna. Solve business needs and help deliver on product vision and strategy taking into account Salesforce and related products, technical/systems implications and anticipating changes/resolving barriers. Elevate risks, communicate dependencies and recommend alternative solutions that allow for mitigation and/or strategic reaction. Work on the articulation of product and technical strategy to key business partners during product development and requirement sessions. Provide product expertise and leverage all resources available to achieve objectives. Design and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customizations, Apex Classes and Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components. Integrate, migrate, and automate data transfers between systems including CRM, Access, and spreadsheets. Perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures. Provide solution integration development with Salesforce including business requirements, functional specifications, detail design, custom development, testing and deployment.
Required Qualifications
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of product implementation experience in Agile methodology. Must have experience gathering requirements for Salesforce implementations; creating technical design documents; performing Apex programming and Lightning Framework design; customization using Apex components, Visualforce, JavaScript and HTML; utilizing Web Services to integrate Salesforce apps with other internal applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Apex callouts for inbound/outbound integrations; performing Salesforce configuration, administration, reporting, data migration, and management; implementing Sales cloud solutions for business requirement including PriceBook and Product; and identifying and mobilizing cross-functional support to achieve business objectives, including areas of tactical and strategic support.
