Position Summary
The Plan Sponsor Analytics and reporting team is searching for a reporting analyst for customers that are part of a Custom Care Management unit. This line of business is a compilation of customers who are managed together in a specific service model. Due to the unique arrangement, significant reporting is required in aggregate as well as at the individual customer level. The primary responsibility within this position is to manage all necessary reporting and information required to adequately support these customers. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of data quality of the information provided as well as coordinating and performing detailed medical cost analysis as needed. The role requires a detailed technical understanding of the Aetna data warehouse and the ability to thoughtfully produce, manipulate and analyze large amounts of data. The role will require creating presentations as necessary and the candidate will need to be able to articulate results in a clear, concise and compelling manner. The individual in this position will work with a cross functional team and will be required to develop a strong partnerships with the Aetna Clinical Program Consultant, Account Teams and the external consultant group aligned to these customers.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry including benefit plans, strong technical and communication skills and be able to management multiple priorities and deadlines in a face-paced environment
Some technical knowledge of SQL
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience with healthcare reporting and analysis
- In depth knowledge of healthcare concepts
- Strong technical skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint required. SAS/SQL knowledge a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a cross functional team environment.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $105,100.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
