Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Agile Delivery is responsible for driving all phases of large sized initiatives to successful completion. Responsible for
providing day to day leadership, management and coordination of all activities pertaining to direction, goal setting, planning, estimating,
resource allocation and assignments, initiative health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure
goals are met.

The Analyst, Agile Delivery will take complete ownership, responsibility and accountability for large sized initiatives:
Strong planning, estimating and tracking skills for time and costs across all teams and phases of the initiative.
Competency in using all processes and tools required to perform management tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams delegating workload and ensuring team effectiveness.
Must be able to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems, issues and risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation techniques

Ability to work with the business users, gain a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into specific deliverables.
Ability to work with technical resources and understand their needs and deliverables. Help with the coordination of their efforts to deliver the final solution.
Proven ability to function as a leader and drive deliverables throughout the lifecycle, regardless of methodology.
Proven capabilities with stakeholder management and scope control. Proven ability to administer customer satisfaction initiatives for feedback and improvement campaigns.

SCRUM Certified

Required Qualifications

• SCRUM Certification

• 1 years of IT experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Internship or work experience supporting Information Technology functions of an organization or group area.
• Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports
• Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Information Systems, Computer
Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics,
or related major

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
