Job Description
The Product Implementation Sr. Manager role is an integral part of our Medicare Advantage Team who will have assigned program(s)/benefit(s) in which they will be responsible for:

• General implementation and operations subject matter expert
• Prepare and maintain proper program/benefit documentation
• Stay in lock-step coordination with Strategy Innovation, Implementation PMs, vendors, as well as all operational support teams
• Manage key stakeholder issue and resolution
• Review all materials pertaining to their program(s)/benefit(s)
• Facilitate standing implementation and operations meetings
• Create and maintain project plans
• Create and maintain program/benefit collaboration sites (ie. MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Set up and manage program/benefit reporting (as needed)
• Overall process improvement
• Assist on stretch projects as needed
• Negotiation and partnering with cross functional teams
• Manage complex projects/programs that result in cost savings
• Set strategic direction and influence change that results in quantifiable positive outcomes

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• 4 years Medicare industry experience, specifically Medicare Advantage product experience
• Experience negotiating and partnering with cross functional teams
• 4 years proven track record with project/program management skills in a highly matrixed environment
• Experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that results in quantifiable positive outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
• 6 years managed care/health insurance industry experience
• Project management experience
• Leadership/supervisory experience
• Medicare Individual, Group and/or Special Needs Plan experience
• CMS Flexibilities - VBID / SSBCI / UF

Education
Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent work experience
