Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Provide guidance and support to team members, assisting with any questions or issues that arise
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and supervise banquet events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and tracking
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shift management or restaurant management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of banquet operations and hospitality industry standards
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
