What does the Custodial Supervisor do?
The Supervisor is responsible for performing custodial duties, supervision of custodial crew(s), scheduling of custodial crew(s), minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. The Supervisor reports to the Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager and cares for the facilities. Maintaining these responsibilities will help to ensure the health, safety and security of the public.

While performing the duties of this job the incumbent will have to sit, stand and or walk for the majority of the shift. The incumbent is required to regularly talk or hear while fulfilling the duties of the job. The incumbent may have to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and push and or pull carts with up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the environment may be very loud.
