CW Title & Escrow, the largest title and escrow company headquartered in Washington, is seeking a Full Time Escrow Closer for our thriving Tacoma office. You will be responsible for building relationships and closing deals! This candidate will handle real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures, all while providing superior customer service. Our company is looking for enthusiastic individuals, who will then get in depth training and a chance to work with dedicated and experienced team members.

The qualified candidate will possess some or all of the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years related experience
• Limited Practice Officer (LPO) license is preferred
• Valid Licensing/Certification as required by Washington state
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, must be able to multitask
• Strong knowledge of the escrow process
• Strong computer skills and able to learn internal computer programs quickly
• Strong communication skills
• Bi- or multi-lingual is a plus, but NOT required

The day-to-day specifics:

• Full-time position 40hrs/week, 8am-5pm
• Complete calculations by prorating taxes and interests
• Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing funds.
• Review and address title issues prior to closing
• Complete closings by recording and filing documents; preparing and distributing final closing statements and title. Prepares settlement statement by utilizing lender instructions.
• Ensure timely and efficient real estate closings for clients.
• Grow and market business while maintaining current client relationships

We provide exceptional title services for Chelan, Douglas, King, Okanogan, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, Thurston, and Whatcom counties and we work with our affiliates to service title needs in other counties. In addition, we’re able to offer escrow services for all counties in the State of Washington. While we utilize six large, national underwriting companies, our decisions are made locally here in Washington. Our in-house underwriting, legal counsel, title examiners, and escrow teams are experts in the local communities that we serve. Our vast, local experience and passion for this industry allow us to overcome challenges that may arise from difficult title and escrow issues. Our local expertise allows our clients to efficiently move from under agreement to closing.

• Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F, onsite in Tacoma office
• Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year DOE
