Accounting and Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to day accounting administration tasks, including data entry, assisting in billing, payroll and human resource tasks
  • Support project schedule updates, project budgets,assist in creating reports
  • Assist in a software conversion
  • Assist in organizing financial documents, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in writing new policies and procedures
  • Manage general administrative duties to ensure the firm functions smoothly
  • Other finance and administrative functions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business/Accounting preferred
  • 4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping
  • Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to take constructive direction
  • Accounting Software experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per year
