Position Summary:
Cyber Advisors is seeking a well-organized, self-motivated, and experienced ConnectWise Administrator to join our NOC Team. You will be responsible for improving, developing, and maintaining our ConnectWise Suite and some other tools stacks we utilize.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide as-needed support and training on ConnectWise Manage, Automate, Control, and Sell.
Support and serve as a subject matter expert for our other network monitoring software, backup solutions, and anti-viruses.
Experience troubleshooting ConnectWise Automate and Managing backend issues.
Serve as a subject matter expert for ConnectWise Suite and tools in our stack.
Assist with system stack updates and maintenance from development to production.
Implement scalable solutions for automation, monitoring, systems integration, process optimization, documentation, and reporting.
Assist with system stack automation and help drive business-wide efficiency and performance.
Developing and maintaining systems documentation of new and existing system processes.
Stay abreast of new offerings and services and determine potential benefits to the business
Ability to work well with a team and coordinate small and large projects
Ability to take initiative and prioritize work while managing several issues
Assist with client onboarding and off-boarding projects.
Monitor and address client alerts (i.e. Down Servers, Security Alerts, Backup Alerts, and Critical System Alerts).
Respond to client system alerts then, process, and resolve or escalate alerts.
Improve existing reports, data sets, automation, processes, documentation, and systems across different departments.
Build and provide support and tools to help to diagnose end-user issues and systems health.
Provide technical support to customers.
Consult with management and stakeholders on architectural designs, new toolset candidates, and new automation projects to best serve the intended users.
Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures and provide a system to receive and implement user feedback.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Prior experience working at an MSP is beneficial
Extensive experience in ConnectWise Products and integrations with other tools.
Experience working with databases
Scripting experience with Automate and PowerShell
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
The Cyber Advisors ConnectWise Admin is not an entry-level position and will require a combination of skills and experience for consideration
Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related technical field (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering) and/or 3-5 years IT experience.
Associate or intermediate level technical certification(s).

Experience:
ISP Flow/Outage Fundamentals
Data Backup and Restore Fundamentals - Veeam, Datto, and Acronis are preferred
Security: identifying and resolving malicious software issues
Internetworking knowledge of WANs, LANs, VPNs, network management, routers, switches, and firewalls is a plus – Fortigate, Sonicwall, and Watchguard are preferred.
System knowledge of the following technologies: Windows 2008-2019 Servers, MS Exchange, MS SQL, Active Directory, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS.
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
Maintain internal documentation and keep it up to date
Exceed customer expectations of service and know-how daily
