Computer Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve complex technical problems
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform repairs and upgrades
- Conduct field service visits to client locations as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues on Windows and Mac OS platforms
- Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems for mobile devices
- Ability to analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions
- Experience using hand tools for computer hardware repairs
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions to end-users
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Computer hardware: 1 year (Required)
• Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
