Building and Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking skilled and versatile individuals to join our Building and Grounds Maintenance team. This team is responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep, functionality, and safety of both buildings and various types of equipment. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in maintenance tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a range of duties related to building and equipment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO in overseeing and maintaining various properties and assets, implementing effective strategies for optimization.
• Identify operational gaps and actively participate in problem-solving initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Oversee the company's technology infrastructure, collaborating with IT professionals and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of company inventory, optimizing levels for efficient supply chain operations.
• Physically capable of handling heavy packages and assisting with logistics and shipments.
