Building Operations Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Building Operations Assistant to join our team. The Building Operations Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform a variety of duties related to building upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist CEO in overseeing and maintaining various properties and assets, implementing effective strategies for optimization.
  • Identify operational gaps and actively participate in problem-solving initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee the company's technology infrastructure, collaborating with IT professionals and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of company inventory, optimizing levels for efficient supply chain operations.
  • Physically capable of handling heavy packages and assisting with logistics and shipments.

  • Strong analytical skills for addressing operational gaps.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with technology systems and basic knowledge of inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying heavy packages.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • JACK OF ALL TRADES
  • Very rare to work nights or weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour
