What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Support Coordinator position at Cyberbacker?
The primary purpose of our Employee Support Coordinator is to build employee loyalty and retention by providing a differentiating experience for all employee inquiries, concerns and issues that may arise. The successful candidate is also required to perform all tasks in observance of our Company’s core values and attributes.
This position can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Listen to each member to find out what they're currently unhappy about and figure out how to motivate them
- Get to know your team as individuals including their family, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
- Ensure that you are making your team members feel appreciated/acknowledged/special
- Recognize their skills and abilities and be their biggest cheerleader
- Have a 5-minute zoom call monthly with each of your team members
- Provide a safe and supportive work environment to your team members
- Share motivational tips everyday
- Report tidbits to the CEO and assist him in creating a shout out video to each member of your team for momentous dates in their lives
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere as well as on your own
- Experience in team growth/building
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Must have an empathetic personality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft systems, google workspace, and Zoom application
Pay: Pay varies depending on full-time or part-time employment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
