We are seeking empathetic and compassionate individuals to join our dedicated Emotional Support Team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support, active listening, and guidance to individuals who are experiencing emotional distress, challenges, or seeking a safe space to share their feelings. Your role will contribute to creating a supportive and understanding environment where individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered.

This is an in-office position and can be part-time or full-time.

$14 - $16 hourly

• Listen to team members to identify and resolve issues, enhancing their satisfaction
• Build personal connections, acknowledging milestones like birthdays & anniversaries
• Cultivate an atmosphere of appreciation and support
• Champion skills and abilities, acting as a motivator
• Hold brief monthly Zoom calls with team members
• Ensure a safe and supportive workspace
• Share daily motivational tips
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on employee feedback and data analysis
• Collaborate with the CEO to create celebratory videos for team milestones

• Teamwork and independent work proficiency.

• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
