What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Agent position at Cyberbacker?
We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Agent who has a passion for selling that will be responsible for establishing new accounts through cold calling, generating leads and converting it to appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Research and qualify new leads
- Schedule appointments for the Listing Agent, Buyer’s Specialist or Team Leaders (Cold/warm Calling, Agent Recruitment, FSBO’s, Expired, Circle Prospecting, etc.).
- Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
- Consult with real estate agents to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through the listing agreement
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Role play scripts and objection handlers
- Understand customer needs and requirements
Qualifications:
- A currently licensed Real Estate Agent for the state of Utah.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in reaching out to potential leads.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Has a strong ability to stay calm in potentially stressful situations.
- Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone.
Pay: Salary of $50,000 plus commission on leads closed.
