We are looking for our Area Manager to be responsible for schedule development & part of each phase of the construction process. We want our Area Manager to lead the team & be at the head of management for production of our homes. What You Will Be Doing
- Schedule Development to complete each phase of construction
- Manage the production of all homes through coordination of schedules
- Conduct weekly production staff meetings
- Control production costs
What You Need for this Position
- At least 3 years of Home Building Construction Management
- Strong knowledge of home construction
- Must be able to read blueprints
