Job Location: Hiring in Covington(LA), Baton Rouge (LA), Lafayette (LA), and New Orleans (LA)

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000

Requirements: 2 years interfacing with high net worth clients or stakeholders

No prior experience in property management needed! We have an fantastic in-house training program. However, prior experience interfacing with high net worth individuals, clients, and/or stakeholders is required as this position will manage Class A properties.

What You Will Be Doing

As one of our Commercial Property Managers, you will be managing a 1-2M sqft. portfolio of commercial properties. You will interface with property owners, company executives, tenants, and operational teams to ultimately better the property investment. This includes managing renovation and repair projects, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance.

What You Need For This Position

Must Have Skills:

• 2 years interfacing with high net worth clients or stakeholders

• Prior experience in Class A/B commercial property management
