We are seeking an associate-level corporate attorney to join our legal team. We pride ourselves as a lifestyle firm with billable hours in the 1600-1700 range (or more if you want it) with the top clients throughout the region! You will be responsible for representing our clients in legal proceedings, preparing documents, assessing partnerships, etc. If you have a JD from an accredited law school and are barred in NJ, we want to talk to you!

What You Will Be Doing
As a successful candidate will be handling a wide variety of legal matters related to developing client-company policies, representing clients in legal proceedings, preparing documents, advising clients on legal obligations, rights, responsibilities, assessing partnerships & ventures, etc.
What You Need for this Position
To be considered for this role, you must have a JD from an accredited law school and be Barred in NJ (NY, PA, DE license is a plus), as well as more than 3 years of experience in the area of corporate & related law. Proficiency in all things corporate law including: writing contracts, compliance, regulatory, rights, responsibilities, obligations, partnerships, document prep, deal negotiation, etc.

This position offers a competitive salary of between $130,000 and $180,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan. We also offer various other perks and bonuses.

- 1600-1700 billable hours tops- MORE IF YOU WANT IT
- HYBRID - REMOTE position where you can come in one of our offices 1-2 times per week or less once your ramped up.
